How we write, source and correct this site.

The pages here explain federal and state rules that people rely on with real money. This is how we try to keep them accurate, and how to tell us when we have not.

Sources

Legal statements cite the rule itself: the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury regulations, IRS revenue procedures and instructions, state statutes and state tax agency publications. Each state page lists the official sources it relies on and the date they were checked. We do not treat other companies' websites as authority.

What we say about ourselves

Every statement about onezero3one's own services, fees, controls or availability is recorded in an internal register with its evidence. A statement stays off the site until that evidence exists. We do not publish testimonials, ratings, awards or statistics that cannot be verified.

Review

Pages show the date of the last substantive update. Pages are reviewed by onezero3one's professional staff, or approved for publication by onezero3one, before they go live, and each page says which and when. If an outside professional reviews a page, the page names them. We do not change dates without changing content.

How AI tools are used

We use AI tools to help research sources, draft text and check pages for consistency. A person decides what is published, and every legal statement is checked against the source it cites.

Corrections

When we find an error, we fix it and mark the page as corrected with the date. If you think something here is wrong or out of date, email info@onezero3one.com with the page address.

Not advice

onezero3one is a qualified intermediary. It does not give tax or legal advice, and nothing on this site is a substitute for advice on your own transaction.
