This page describes what information this website collects and how ONEZERO3ONE LLC ("onezero3one") uses it. It covers only this website. Information handled in the course of an exchange is governed by the exchange agreement.
What this website collects
- Contact form. If you use the contact form, onezero3one receives the name, email address, and message you enter. The form is the only way this website collects information you type.
- Technical records. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. onezero3one uses these only to keep the site running and secure.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and it does not build profiles of visitors.
How the information is used
Contact form messages are delivered by email to onezero3one and used to reply to you. onezero3one does not sell or rent personal information and does not use contact form details for marketing lists.
Who handles the information
Service providers process information on onezero3one's behalf and only for the purposes above: the website hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), the email delivery service that forwards contact form messages (Resend, Inc.), and the provider of onezero3one's business mailbox. Each is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments.
Please do not send sensitive information
Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, financial documents, or other sensitive details through the contact form. onezero3one will ask for any information needed for an exchange through a separate, appropriate channel.
Retention
Contact form messages are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they are useful for the inquiry and any resulting relationship, and then deleted. Hosting logs are retained by the hosting provider for a short period under its own policy.
Your choices
You can ask onezero3one to correct or delete the information you sent through the contact form by sending a request through the same form. Legal record-keeping obligations may limit what can be deleted.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be noted here.
